August 31, 2005 | Pick Angle
This from the King of Tone, John Reischman:
Have trouble getting a healthy, clean attack with your pick? It might not just be an issue of strength or pick stroke force...
Sometimes dipping the angle of the pick so it's not completely parallel to the string. This gives a wider surface of push within a shorter period of time, and requires very little adjustment in your technique.
